He asked for a scooter

We intend to get the kids bicycles when we moved over since there will be ample space for them to ride around as compared to our current place. Australia is a place for out door activities so we are going to do a lot of that when we are there.

Initially Darrius asked for a bicycle but he decided to change his mind after watching a show where he saw kids riding scooters. To me, scooters are more dangerous for his age as he can be difficult to balance as compared to bicycles. At least, for bicycles, we can install the support wheels at the back until he is more steady and able to ride with just two wheels.

Well, we’ll see how it goes. We will definitely need to get some elbow & knee guards as well as some helmets for protection. However, we still don’t need any professional stuff like HJC IS-Max as yet since they are still kids. 🙂
